We have a 14-day grace period for you to return your product for a full refund in the event the product was damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

Contact us directly via email at info@defendthecross.com or simply fill out the Contact Form to begin the return process. Sale items are FINAL SALE (no refunds or exchanges).

All returns must be unused and accompanied with its original packaging. Original shipping charge will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Unfortunately, once the 14-day grace period has elapsed, we cannot offer a refund of any kind.
